This new NUVO line consists of a pigment dissolved in water and mixed with ultra-fine mica powders. You can apply them directly from the spray, getting shiny splatters, or by removing the cap and applying the ink with a brush, to get more even spots.
You can apply them on both light and dark surfaces, and also on any type of surface, both porous and non-porous:
