The Winsor & Newton Cotman Water Colour Pads are produced using fine quality, acid free, mould made paper to ensure maximum stability. Cotman paper has a natural whiteness and is both internally and externally sized. This sizing ensures even absorption, gives brilliance of colour and facilitates removal of Art Masking Fluid.
Cotman Water Colour Paper is recommended by the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours and has been awarded their seal of approval.
